Mbots will be ordered this week and should be in our class before Christmas break.  I am so excited!  I really think the kids are going to like it!  🙂
Volunteers
I am so grateful for each of you! I have changed Math centers to Monday, Wednesday and Thursday because of Math focus groups. I am still looking for more volunteers. If you are able to help with Math centers on Monday, Wednesday or Thursday afternoon for 1 hour, that would be great. Even if it’s just once a month.

Food for thought
“You MUST do what you love. Sometimes your passion will be the only thing that keeps you motivated.”
― Faydra D. Fields

Math fact practice:  As we are moving on to multi-digit multiplication and long division the kids are starting to realize how difficult this can be if they are not fluent in their math facts.  It can be very frustrating and students can “hit a wall” with their learning if they get hung up on math facts.  Please make sure your child is practicing  at home.  Below you will find some fun games kids can play to increase their math fact fluency.  Thank you for your help with this!  It will help your child’s confidence in math!
